Paul first came up with the idea for the “Here I Am App” while watching a commercial for the Heart & Stroke Foundation on television. The commercial featured a father with his wife and daughter, when all of a sudden, the father experiences a stroke. Sitting in his living room and alone at that time, Paul thought about what would happen to someone if suddenly they had a stroke while alone? That wouldn’t be a very good situation to be in. It was then that he came up with the idea for the App.
For the development of the Here I Am App, Paul teamed up with Khurram Qureshi to transform his idea into a marketable product.
